The Women TechEU team would like to draw the attention of prospective applicants to the following rule in view of the upcoming Full Proposal Submission Deadline (16th September 2026, 17.00 CEST Brussels Time), as stated in Sections 8.3-8.4 of the Full Proposal Guidelines:  

Due to the high number of proposals submitted for each Women TechEU Full Proposal submission deadline, the Women TechEU team applies an automatic system of Red Flags that checks four categories of indicators, monitoring the orientation of the companies and their actual and real intention to pursue growth. The categories are explained in section 8.3. In order to avoid fit-for-purpose proposals, the detailed list of red flags will be published only at the end of the project. 

From the applications received, only the top-rated 350 applications will move on from the Red Flags Check to the External Evaluation stage per submission deadline. These applications will be assessed by two external and independent evaluators composing the evaluation panel: one with technical, and another one with a business background. It is only these 350 applications that will receive an Evaluation Summary Report.  

When submitting a Full Proposal, applicants should do so with the understanding that they might not be in the top 350 applicants and therefore, receiving an Evaluation Summary Report is not a guarantee. Not receiving an Evaluation Summary Report will not be considered a valid reason when submitting an appeal to re-open your application.
