The Women TechEU Team will thoroughly investigate complaints to determine if a re-evaluation of the Eligibility Application is justified. A decision will be communicated within no more than twenty days from the date of receiving the complaint, provided that all required information has been submitted by the complainant. If this timeline cannot be met, the complainant will be informed by email of the delay and given a new decision date.
